1. About SeaHiveX

SeaHiveX (the “Platform”) is a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace at seahivex.com that connects buyers with verified suppliers across Southeast Asia.

The Platform is operated by Win Global Ventures & Services Ltd (“Win Global Ventures”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

We are an intermediary. We do not sell products ourselves. Sales transactions occur directly between buyer and supplier. We facilitate discovery, inquiry, and (for Gold-tier and above) escrow-based Trade Assurance.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SeaHiveX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

If you are using SeaHiveX on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Suppliers must register an account and be approved by our admin team before listing products. Buyers may inquire without an account.

Quality matters: Persistent low ratings, unresolved disputes, or fake-product complaints may result in tier downgrade or account termination.

6. Verification and tier system

We verify suppliers through a 4-tier system — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Details are at /tiers. The verification process is described there.

Higher tiers receive more visibility and access to features like Trade Assurance. Tier status is reviewed periodically and can be upgraded or downgraded based on performance metrics and complaint history.

7. Trade Assurance

Trade Assurance is an optional escrow service available for transactions with Gold and Platinum tier suppliers. It is not available during the launch phase but will be activated in a future release.

When Trade Assurance becomes available, separate Trade Assurance Terms will apply to escrowed transactions, covering payment terms, dispute mediation, and refund eligibility.

8. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not:

9. Intellectual property

9.1 Platform IP

SeaHiveX, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Win Global Ventures & Services Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or commercialize the Platform without our written permission.

9.2 User content

You retain ownership of content you upload (product listings, descriptions, photos, reviews). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

9.3 Reporting infringement

If you believe content on SeaHiveX infringes your intellectual property, email support@seahivex.com with details of the alleged infringement and proof of your rights.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Win Global Ventures & Services Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

Our total aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed USD 100 or the amount paid by you to SeaHiveX in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

12. Disputes

12.1 Buyer-supplier disputes

If you have a dispute with another user, try to resolve it directly. If you cannot, email support@seahivex.com and we will attempt good-faith mediation.

For Trade Assurance transactions, our mediation decision (once Trade Assurance launches) will be binding.

12.2 Disputes with SeaHiveX

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact support@seahivex.com and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days before pursuing legal action.

12.3 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Yangon, Myanmar.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@seahivex.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

After termination, your public profile and listings will be removed but inquiry messages and reviews you sent or received may remain visible to other parties to that conversation.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Material changes (new fees, changed dispute procedures) will be announced on the homepage and via email to registered users 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use after the effective date of changes means you accept the updated Terms.
