Every supplier on SeaHiveX goes through a 4-tier verification process — from basic approval to premier inspected partners. The badge you see tells you exactly how much trust to place in any seller before you transact.
Each tier represents a deeper level of verification by Win Global Ventures & Services Ltd (SeaHiveX operator). The higher the tier, the more we have personally checked, inspected, and verified about that supplier — and the stronger the buyer protection we offer on transactions with them.
For buyers: Look for the badge before you send an inquiry. Higher tiers = lower risk + faster response + Trade Assurance escrow protection.
For suppliers: Higher tiers = more visibility, more inquiries, and access to premium features. Upgrade is free during launch — just submit the required documents from your supplier dashboard.
Most suppliers move from Bronze to Gold within 3 weeks — if you submit complete docs and have active product listings.
Yes — all four tiers are free during the launch phase (through Q4 2026). After launch, Bronze and Silver remain free; Gold may transition to a paid plan, and Platinum will stay invite-only.
Trade Assurance is buyer-protection escrow — we hold the buyer's payment until they confirm the goods have arrived as agreed. If there's a quality or delivery dispute, we mediate and can refund the buyer. Available on transactions with Gold and Platinum suppliers.
Typically 7–14 business days from when you submit all required documents and pass the on-site warehouse inspection (which can also be done via video call for suppliers outside Yangon).
Yes — tiers are reviewed quarterly. If your response rate drops below the tier minimum (e.g. below 90% for Gold for 60+ days), or you have unresolved disputes, we'll notify you and may downgrade. You can re-qualify by improving the metrics over the next 30 days.
That's independent of tier — it shows years of operation as a real business (verified via your business registration document), not years on SeaHiveX. A new supplier with a 10-year-old company can still be Bronze tier here.
Not necessarily. Bronze and Silver suppliers can be great for niche products and competitive pricing — just take more care: ask for samples, start with a small order, use WhatsApp to verify they're responsive, and consider Trade Assurance unavailable. For high-value orders ($1k+), we recommend Gold or above.
